In 2010, Mark Taplin, former Public Diplomacy Fellow with the Institute for Public Diplomacy and Global Communication, conducted several interviews with Dr. Walter Roberts. As a practitioner and scholar of public diplomacy for over 70 years, Dr. Roberts delivers insights from his life as a youth fleeing Nazi Germany during WWII, joining the U.S. Information Agency, and serving as one of America’s most prominent public diplomacy practitioners and academics.
